UAE-based retail conglomerate, the Lulu Group has donated AED2 million towards the ‘Reading Nation’ campaign launched by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vice president and prime minister of the UAE and the ruler of Dubai, in the holy month of Ramadan to spread knowledge around the world.

The cheque was handed over to Tariq Al Gurg, CEO, Dubai Cares by Lulu Group chairman Yusuffali MA.

“This is a great humanitarian initiative launched by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in the holy month of Ramadan, that will surely help build our future generation, nurturing their mind and soul,” says Yusuffali.
