Next generation multiplayer virtual reality gaming has arrived in Saudi Arabia.

Zero Latency, a pioneering global leader in warehouse scale, free-roam, multiplayer virtual reality gaming, is available now at its new arena in the Salma Centre, Riyadh. It provides a large-scale immersive experience over 6,500 sqft floor space.

Virtual reality gaming is where a person can experience being in a three-dimensional environment and interact with that environment during a game. The arena offers an experience where guests, along with their friends, family or colleagues, enter the virtual world together. They experience what it’s like to walk on a new planet or fight for survival, working as a team to fight off Zombies or alien robots.

With no physical walls, free from cords and wires, up to eight players can freely roam, walk, explore and play together through complex and varied virtual terrains. The team gets with state-of-the-art virtual reality headsets, headphones, military-style backpacks and controllers where all their movements get replicated in the game.

“Residents of Riyadh are always on the lookout for fun activities, latest trends in gaming technology and new entertainment experiences,” says Doran Davies, CEO of Zero Latency. Given the community’s hunger for new technology and entertainment, the Zero latency is a perfect fit for the Saudi market,”

“Our offering is unique in the market as we’ve eliminated the motion sickness sometimes associated with VR experiences using a combination of technology and proprietary software, hence the name Zero Latency.”

“We are looking forward to welcoming guests into our brand-new venue. Our “Next Generation VR Gaming Centre” in Riyadh will offer residents the perfect space for friends, family or work colleagues. Where they experience virtual reality entertainment and games like never,” he adds.

Zero Latency offers a range of entertainment including Engineerium, Zombie Survival and Singularity, to name a few. Players can see each other as full-motion avatars and can communicate through headsets to talk, strategise and have fun with their friends.
