Retail’s future: Omnichannel and customer experience

The NRF BIG Show is the place to go to get an insider view into the future of retail, current trends and probable solutions, the dominating theme of the big picture being the customer experience as brands evolve towards omnichannel marketing, but the big question still remains ‘how?’

 

 

Matthew Shay, president and CEO of the National Retail Federation (NRF), welcomed another record breaking crowd to the NRF 104th annual convention and expo, which took place at the Javits Convention Centre in New York City from January 10-to-14 this year.
