ICONS Coffee Couture continues to expand

Health conscious, lifestyle coffee shop chain, ICONS Coffee Couture is continuing its stead-fast growth in the Middle East through its recently signed partnership with ABL Company. Presently, the brand is considering expanding across Kuwait with six branches. The total number of franchises open in the GCC will touch 40 by 2020. The brand is also looking at 10 company-owned store expansion in the UAE within the next six months. The newest Icons branch opened its doors this month at Manar Mall in Ras Al Khaimah.

ICONS as a brand is looking upwards in terms of its new launch across Kuwait, bringing its German Bio Coffee and its mix of healthy and indulging sweets and savouries for a balanced lifestyle. The brand vision is to be pivotal in creating healthier communities around its coffee shops through nutritious and balanced food offerings, education and promotion of an active lifestyle.

Since the café concept has started to franchise, its growth has been continuous around the GCC and Europe. The chain is now available in six countries and counting, including the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman and Austria.

Talking about the current speed of expansion, Elena Weber, Founder and Managing Director, ICONS Coffee Couture, says, “We are blessed to be attracting amazing partners worldwide to build something bigger than ourselves. It is wonderful to be able to impact communities for the better around the globe. We acknowledge the responsibility we have and continuously strive on being the best partner we can be and uplift our Icons branches to be welcoming, empowering and nourishing, yet fun to be at.”

The ICONS franchise chain concentrates on a coffee shop plus concept, offering a range of food preferences such as vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar-free solution, designer desserts and more, with the expansion in Europe to serve hard drinks for the evenings. The ICONS development concept is based on a ripple-effect framework, with a concentration to expand across the world, one region at a time.
