Fitness First opens in Mudon

Health and fitness brand Fitness First, owned and operated by Landmark Group in the Middle East, has announced the opening of a new community club in Mudon, Dubai. The mixed club is designed to complement current Fitness First clubs while offering a brand new unique training experience, with a focus on allowing customers to train like athletes, through a variety of diverse training programmes.

Mudon community club is a brand new athletic-based concept, bringing new innovations to Dubai and offering unique training facilities for all abilities from triathletes looking to train in the pool on their way to the cycling track at Al Qudra or those looking to use the Watt Bikes to hone in on their cycling skills. Reformer Pilates is also accessible to those who favour a workout enhancing strength, balance and coordination.

The state-of-the-art new facility will cater to every need of the modern, active, health-conscious gym-goer while also providing the necessary amenities for first-time members. The high-performance club includes brand new signature classes and top of the range fitness equipment and specialist programmes for all fitness levels and abilities.

Fitness First Mudon provides the ultimate health-club experience for athletes and avid gym members alike, with group exercise classes and a fully equipped cardio theatre and loaded weights, all designed to offer a dynamic fitness environment that keeps members motivated.

It is one of the first clubs to offer Wattbike, the indoor bike trainer which delivers performance insights for every rider. An unparalleled first for Fitness First and the region will be a Kube Wall, featuring an all new Rips, Ropes and Straps class, an intensive 30-minute workout which changes every week and focuses on total body conditioning and interval training. Athletics and innovative workout concepts are paramount to the new Fitness First Mudon gym.

The new Fitness First community health club in Mudon Dubai sets a new standard for health and fitness clubs, with unrivalled services and facilities and the friendliest staff. The high performance club includes brand new classes and premium fitness equipment and specialist programmes for all fitness levels and abilities such as Charge, a brand new class to optimise metabolic rate and boost post-workout calorie burning.

For those wishing to train hard and train serious in the great outdoors, the advanced and innovative Outdoor Functional Training zone offers unplugged training concept Parkour and Beaverfit Performance Rig, and the swimming pool will offer programmes such as Swim Academy and Masters Swim.

The facility is also outfitted with the latest equipment such as SKILLMILLS for indoor running, TRX, Rip Trainers and Assault Bikes. Alternatively, the Mind and Body Studio offers Power Yoga, Flow Yoga and other specialist classes led by world-class fitness professionals.

Fitness First Mudon will also cater to younger generations. There will be a SPORTSZONE, which will play host to kids’ academies including basketball, cricket, football and more as well as providing a superior outdoor sport facility for adults who want to take part in team sports such as football, volleyball and basketball.
