Communication is key as restaurant businesses suffer

April 21, 2020 | By Rupkatha B

As restaurant businesses in the Middle East and globally are severely impacted by the on-going COVID-19 pandemic owing to closures and movement restrictions, foodpreneur Naim Maadad stresses the importance of communication.

“Communication at multiple levels lies at the heart of Gates Hospitality at the moment,” said Maddad, founder & chief executive, Gates Hospitality and RetailME Advisory Board Member. “Communicating with our team members, our audience, suppliers and government authorities has become much more crucial than before.”

The Gates Hospitality portfolio includes F&B brands such as Social Reform & Grill, Ultra Brasserie and folly by Nick & Scott, to name a few.
