Emaar to develop mixed-use project in Beijing

Dubai-based developer Emaar has, reportedly, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Beijing New Aeropolis Holdings (BNA) to jointly develop a mixed-use project.

The project will be located at the Beijing Daxing International Airport.

It seeks to integrate retail, entertainment, hospitality, office, convention, sport, art and lifestyle all under one roof.
