Didi’s Wardrobe goes global

US-based online reseller of new and gently used Indian clothing Didi’s Wardrobe has announced its international expansion plans. Didi’s Wardrobe is a platform for individuals to buy and sell new and used Indian and Pakistani clothing such as sarees, kurta pajamas and salwars.

Individuals have the option to sell their items through two methods, Post A Sale or We Post for You. Through the Post a Sale process, individuals are able to post their own items by uploading pictures and measurements. This option is currently open to US residents only. However, Didi’s Wardrobe has now opened up its We Post for You method to international clients. Through this process clients are able to mail their items to Didi’s Wardrobe on consignment and the company will post them on the website for free.

“This is an exciting time for us as we have a number of requests from international buyers and sellers, especially from England, India and Australia. Many people have very expensive, barely worn saris and salwars sitting in their closets. Now people from all over the world can join the Didi’s Wardrobe selling community. We also hope to open up international buying in the future due to worldwide interest in our products,” says Dina Patel, CEO, Didi’s Wardrobe.
