Atelier House Hospitality – an Altamarea Group subsidiary and full-service hospitality and asset management firm based in New York City – has opened its first Dubai office.

Atelier House Hospitality Dubai promises to provide the UAE market with world-class F&B expertise and brand access between the US and the GCC. The firm is supported by a proven international track record including 17 successful restaurants worldwide in Hong Kong, Istanbul, London, New York and other parts of the US.

“We are delighted to be entering Dubai’s vibrant F&B market as we see a real opportunity to open up a two-way channel between the USA and the wider GCC. In the highly F&B competitive industry, we are set apart by our seamless end-to-end consultancy process, which supports businesses throughout market positioning, conceptualisation and launch. We are also equipped to enhance operational excellence and efficiency, and introduce new brands and concepts, which are essential services in the current market,” says Ahmass Fakahany, CEO of Atelier House Hospitality/Altamarea Group.

Atelier House Hospitality’s Dubai office works collaboratively with a team of 30 experts in New York who have all been in the business for at least a decade. All new concepts are developed collaboratively by the two offices, ensuring that clients receive an optimal mix of global and local views around the latest brands and F&B developments. The company has successfully exported US F&B brands including Ristorante Morini with excellent results. This New-York born restaurant was quickly named ‘Best Italian’ in Turkey following its launch in Istanbul.

Atelier House Hospitality has been operating in the F&B business for 10 years and the firm’s expertise has earned it a place on the d3 F&B Council as well as Dubai’s F&B Council.
