Al Tayer Insignia to launch luxury e-commerce brand Ounass

Dubai-based Al Tayer Group’s retail arm, Al Tayer Insignia, has announced the launch of luxury e-commerce brand Ounass.com that will go live tomorrow, December 15.

Ounass.com will initially serve the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar with a carefully curates selection of women’s ready-to-wear, footwear, handbags, fine jewellery and cosmetics along with home merchandise.

The dual language (Arabic and English) site offers a clutch of exclusive brands – such as Gucci and Roland Mouret, along with regional favourites including Rami Al Ali, Ayesha Depala and much more – in an editorial environment that is globally relevant but locally led.

With a dedicated in-house team of editorial content creators, this point of differentiation is just one of the many that separates Ounass.com from its international competitors. Additionally, Ounass.com promises free delivery in less than two hours within Dubai, same-day within the UAE. GCC residents outside of the UAE will receive their purchases within 48 hours. Other benefits include a cash-on-delivery option, in-home personal styling services and easy exchanges and returns.

Commenting on the launch Khalid Al Tayer, CEO of Al Tayer Insignia, says, “Ounass.com offers the Middle Eastern customer relevant merchandise and content shot locally and created specifically for her lifestyle, together with a service promise unparalleled by any other regional e-tailer. The site will take her on a seamless personalised journey, where she will always discover the right product, including a constant offering of unique capsule collections and special pieces developed by our partners to satisfy her need for exclusivity.”

“We know that our local customers shop all over the world and have access to any number of retailers in the fashion capitals of London, New York, Paris and Milan. Therefore we have ensured that there will always be exclusive capsules and items not found anywhere else but on Ounass.com,” adds Eda Kuloglu, SVP merchandising for Ounass and Al Tayer Insignia’s Department Stores. “Our customer will be immersed in the definitive home of luxury as the site presents her with locally created editorial content, featuring some of the region’s most influential women.”
