Originating in Amsterdam’s famous Albert Cuyp market, The Butcher – known for its tempting burgers – is all set to enter Dubai. Soon to launch in the heart of Dubai’s Marina Walk promenade on the ground floor of The Residences at Marina Gate by Select Group, The Butcher will serve up mouth-watering Prime Angus beef burgers and steaks, hearty fries and much more.
The Butcher has been serving the finest cuts of meat, freshest vegetables, signature sauces and home-made semi-brioche style buns to food lovers in Amsterdam, Berlin and Ibiza since 2012.
Launched in Amsterdam’s Albert Cuyp market, The Butcher quickly caught the attention of the city’s foodies and restaurant lovers. Its location in the bustling De Pijp neighbourhood, home to some of Amsterdam’s coolest pop-up restaurants, stores and late-night venues, made The Butcher a popular choice with locals and tourists alike. Inspired by the success of The Butcher’s first restaurant, the brand expanded to more locations across the city, including a food truck and the hugely popular The Butcher Social Club. The Butcher is now firmly established as one of Amsterdam’s top-rated burger restaurants.
With popular branches in Berlin and Ibiza and a soon to open venue in Dubai Marina, The Butcher has successfully taken its blend of great burgers and laid-back, welcoming atmosphere to an international clientele of food lovers.
Dubai-based hospitality company, D&T Group has partnered with Holland-based The Entourage Group to introduce The Butcher to Dubai. This collaboration between two successful and established restaurant and hospitality companies means The Butcher has the full backing of teams of experts with huge experience of working in two of the world’s busiest and most demanding F&B markets.
Lead by founder and co-creator Yossi Eliyahoo, The Entourage Group is famous across the Netherlands for introducing some of the most exciting, creative and cutting-edge food and drinks destinations that have reimagined and expanded the concept of high-end hospitality and dining.
