American burger and fries brand, Five Guys has announced its seventh opening in the UAE at Meraas’ City Walk. Located on The Boulevard of the mall, Five Guys boasts both indoor and outdoor seating on the terrace.

Everything at Five Guys is freshly prepared and made to order, from the hand-cut fries cooked in peanut oil right through to the hand-made patties prepared daily from 100% beef. The buns are also all freshly baked daily and customers have the option to go bun-less with the lettuce wraps. Customers can also personalise their burgers by selecting from 15 free toppings. In addition, Five Guys offers customers the opportunity to tailor their milkshakes with 12 different mix-ins.

“We are delighted to open our latest Five Guys restaurant in such an iconic city destination that is City Walk, Dubai,” says Gary Turnbull, head of operations, UAE at Five Guys. “We continue to have a fanatical focus on serving our iconic burgers and fries to our UAE guests and this will be no different in this location. We are all excited to bring Five Guys to this vibrant area. With the support of our regional partner Meraas, we’re able to uphold our quality standards and guest satisfaction across the UAE, and we are very excited about expanding even further with Dubai Festival City next with further restaurant openings in 2019.”

Having been in the UAE since May 2015, Five Guys planned expansion in the emirates is set to pick up in the next two years with opening of multiple restaurants. Now, 30 years after Five Guys first opened, there are more than 1,500 locations worldwide and another 1,500 units in development.
