Black Tap now open in Dubai Festival City

Black Tap, the cult New York burger joint, has added a third Dubai outlet to its ever-growing regional portfolio with the opening of its latest location on the waterfront level at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City.

The Dubai Festival City branch of Black Tap joins the brand’s existing restaurants at Jumeirah Al Naseem in Umm Suqeim and Rixos JBR in Dubai Marina.

“Black Tap has seen an extraordinary response in Dubai,” says Antonio Gonzalez, CEO of Sunset Group, which operates Black Tap in the Middle East. “The opening of our third venue in Dubai means residents in any area of the city now have a maximum travel time of 20 minutes to reach a Black Tap restaurant and enjoy the enduring greatness of our craft burgers and CrazyShake milkshakes.”

Black Tap at Dubai Festival City will be home to the classic American luncheonette’s hallmarks, including a cool, downtown New York vibe, signature American burgers and a monster line-up of super-indulgent CrazyShake milkshakes.

To ensure the new InterContinental Dubai Festival City outlet fits the visual bill, renowned graffiti artist, Fumero – a long-time Black Tap creative collaborator in the US – has also created a signature wall mural at the Dubai Festival City venue.
