Tablez Food Company, the F&B division of the retail conglomerate Lulu International Group, has partnered with award-winning legendary pit barbeque restaurant concept Famous Dave’s of America Inc, with plans to bring the concept to the UAE. The agreement represents the first-ever expansion for the brand outside of the North American continent.
Towards early 2016 Tablez Food Company will open two Famous Dave’s outlets at the Abu Dhabi Mall and Dubai Parks and Resorts to cater to UAE’s food connoisseurs.

Famous Dave’s is all set to offer award-winning BBQ and grilled meats, a large selection of salads, made-from-scratch sides, authentic American burgers, sandwiches and classic desserts to its UAE guests. The menu items and BBQ technique have been inspired by Famous Dave’s founder, Dave Anderson, who travelled to top American BBQ destinations to curate the best BBQ techniques and recipes, a passion inherited by him from his father.
