Dubai-based Paris Gallery Group of Companies has announced the launch of Luxury Club, a loyalty programme designed to heighten the shopping experiences of Paris Gallery and Watch Gallery customers in the UAE. Luxury Club will reward customers with high-value loyalty points that can be redeemed for products from an extensive range of brands. It has three tiers – silver, gold and platinum. Members begin with silver and graduate to higher tiers as annual purchase values increase. Members receive 3% up to 34% of their purchase price as redemptions points. Points can be redeemed on a wide range of luxury products. They can also be redeemed for Luxury Club gift vouchers.

The luxury retailer has promised to wow its customers with personalised services and offers. Commenting on the launch, Mohammed Abdul Rahim Al Fahim, CEO of Paris Gallery Group of Companies, says, “Paris Gallery is living up to its promise to make shopping more meaningful and pleasurable. The Luxury Club has been designed with this in mind. It takes into consideration the preferences of our customers and delivers value in the form of specialised offers and loyalty points. In essence, we are redefining luxury shopping at Paris Gallery through the Luxury Club.”

“The Luxury Club is many things, but simply put, it’s a straightforward loyalty programme. It has been designed to enhance shopper experiences at Paris Gallery and Watch Gallery. The Luxury Club goes beyond any loyalty marketing stereotypes, and it’s rightly called the Luxury Club because its members enjoy the luxury of superior customer service and high-value reward points. Highly focussed marketing activities will ensure that members are indulged with products that suit their personality and preferences. It’s about creating and delivering a luxurious experience every time our customers shop with us. The Luxury Club will also help us build stronger relationships with our customers,” adds Mohamad Jaber, group marketing manager of Paris Gallery.
