GCC-basesd SIVVI.com, a fast-fashion app powered by noon.com, has relaunched in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a new look and offering for its customers.

In Dubai, customers can opt for a 3-hour delivery slot, while in Riyadh orders will be delivered same-day. SIVVI is the latest digital product to launch as part of noon.com’s scaling strategy and aims to elevate the regional fashion e-commerce market,

“We have placed the customer at the heart of our business. The SIVVI rebrand, including product assortment, user experience, and brand direction have all been deliberately designed to connect directly with our target customer base in the GCC”, said Serene Farah, VP Growth and Digital Strategy for SIVVI and noon.

SIVVI’s new look focuses on a fresher aesthetic with dedicated in-app experiences including premium local imagery, influencer edits, and brand stores. In-house tech talent has overhauled the shopping experience creating a simpler, more seamless user journey for the customer.

“SIVVI has been rebuilt as the fashion destination of choice for the region. We offer a highly-curated assortment of the best regional and international brands, at the best prices. Our customers will be able to find what they want, and receive their orders faster than any other fashion platform in the region can offer”, said Kam Keshwala, General Manager of Fashion for SIVVI and noon.

The platform plays host to an assortment of regional and international brands including Mango, Adidas, Puma, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein amongst others. Customers can browse the latest collections of womenswear, menswear, kidswear, and beauty, as well as access exclusive offers at www.sivvi.com and the SIVVI app.

Contactless drop-off delivery and online pre-payments are also an option, along with cash-on-delivery as standard.

Founded by Rashid Alabbar, SIVVI was acquired by noon in 2019 as its fashion vertical that helps to maximize customer reach as the high-street fashion destination of choice for the GCC.
