Luxury e-tailer NET-A-PORTER is launching a localized platform for its Middle Eastern customers, which will be available both on the app as well as the website.

The platform will continue to offer fashion from the most coveted designer brands, watches and precious jewelry, and more than 200 specialist beauty brands with a localized service offering.

The newly-optimised platform has been designed to reflect the interests and needs of our Middle East customer.  New features encompass dual language product search alongside local editorial content and product curation, while prices are displayed in local currency according to market.  Specialized in-market personal shopping completes the full-service proposition.

“As the leading luxury platform, the launch of the localized Arabic site allows us to celebrate the unique beauty and talent of our community in the Middle East, bringing NET-A-PORTER even closer to its customers.  We will continue to realize exciting developments in future, including collaborations with local designers through to new personalised experiences supported by platform capabilities, to ensure we continue to offer best-in-class curation and service in the market,” said Nisreen Shocair, CEO YOOX NET-A-PORTER Middle East.

NET-A-PORTER offers express worldwide shipping to more than 170 countries including same or next-day delivery to the UK, US, Hong Kong, Germany, France, Australia and Singapore. A pioneer of personal shopping and client relations services for the digital era in 2000, NET-A-PORTER continues to innovate and strengthen its offering, with virtual styling, invitation only digital exclusives, and a world class suite of specialized offers for EIPs, (Extremely Important People), the brand’s most loyal and valuable customers.
