Red Sea Mall Introduces 20+ Exclusive Brands in Major Retail Upgrade

Red Sea Markets Company unveils a transformative evolution to Red Sea Mall, Jeddah’s iconic shopping and lifestyle hub, setting a new benchmark in experiential retail, firmly aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

In a move signaling the next chapter of Saudi Arabia’s retail transformation, Red Sea Mall has introduced a sweeping upgrade to its retail mix in the first quarter of 2025. Over the span of just three months, more than 20 new retail and service concepts have been integrated into a reimagined 10,000 sqm of Gross Leasable Area (GLA), a step that reinforces Red Sea Mall’s status as a cornerstone of the Kingdom’s evolving lifestyle economy.

This strategic expansion reflects both Red Sea Markets Company’s forward-thinking retail vision and Saudi Arabia’s broader push to elevate the quality of life, diversify the economy, and cultivate modern lifestyle hubs under Saudi Vision 2030.

“We are not just evolving a mall; we are crafting a destination that inspires and reflects the ambitions of our visitors,” said Ibrahim Al Qasmi, CEO of Red Sea Markets Company. “By introducing exclusive brands and pioneering concepts, we are aligning with Saudi Vision 2030’s goals—blending global innovation with local relevance to create unparalleled value for our community.”

At the heart of this transformation is a curated portfolio of first-to-market luxury, wellness, and lifestyle brands that cater to a new generation of consumers seeking more than traditional retail.

Leading the expansion is Gold Apple, the beauty and lifestyle powerhouse making its Saudi debut with a sprawling 2,200 sqm flagship. Following a successful launch in Qatar, the brand enters Jeddah with its distinctive approach to immersive beauty retail, offering an extensive range of trending skincare, cosmetics, and lifestyle products.

Adding to the mall’s prestige is Valentino’s new format: a perfume-only concept, the first of its kind for the Italian luxury house in Saudi Arabia. Occupying 130 sqm, the store reflects the surging demand for niche and premium fragrances, tapping into a market that, according to 2024 estimates, generated revenues of USD 5.95 billion and is projected to grow at a CAGR of 4.22% through 2028.

Retail Convergence: Health, Fashion, Dining

Red Sea Mall’s transformation goes beyond luxury and beauty. In a regional first, the mall now houses Wellcare by IMC, a 180 sqm licensed in-mall clinic, delivering medical services in a retail setting. Approved by the Ministry of Health, the concept elevates the shopping experience by weaving health and wellness into everyday convenience.

Further reimagining mall-based experiences is Kermal & Lamb, a 300 sqm dual-format store debuting at the mall. As a homegrown brand, it combines fashion retail with an in-store dining concept, signaling a growing demand for lifestyle hybridity and destination-led engagement.

Beyond the Highlights: A Deeper Ecosystem

Red Sea Mall’s upgrade also brings a range of exclusive and immersive entries to the Saudi market:

  • Hackett, making its national debut, delivers British menswear refinement with tailored elegance.

  • Nishane, the celebrated Omani perfume house, introduces its artisanal scent craftsmanship to Saudi consumers.

  • Adidas and Jarir Bookstore unveil flagship store formats, anchoring the mall’s transformation with interactive, high-engagement environments.

“This curated blend of first-in-market brands, innovative services, and flagship stores reinforces our leadership in retail excellence,” added Al Qasmi. “Red Sea Mall is evolving into a destination that blends global innovation with local relevance—delivering experiences that inspire, engage, and reflect the aspirations of Jeddah’s vibrant community.”

The revitalised offerings are not just a response to shifting consumer preferences, they represent a forward-looking approach to retail, rooted in convergence, convenience, and cultural resonance. From health and wellness to fashion, fragrance, and immersive lifestyle experiences, Red Sea Mall’s transformation positions Jeddah as a modern lifestyle capital and a flagship example of Vision 2030 in action.
