Qatar-based developer Ezdan Holding Group has announced plans to open the Ezdan Mall, spanning 697,339 sqft, in Wakrah by end of this year.
“The expected opening of this project is going to be the fourth quarter of this year,” shares Dr Mousa Al Awwad, COO, Ezdan Holding. “With gross leasable surface of 417,639 sqft, the Ezdan Mall will house several global brands including 167 retail units, hypermarkets, food court and theme park. Many of the brands present in our Gharafa Mall will be seen in the Ezdan Mall too.”
“The Al Wakrah area doesn’t have any mall. We’re going to be the first and the only mall in that area,” he adds.
