The first phase of the Kizad Logistics Park (KLP) has been completed and warehouse units are being handed over to tenants, says officials from Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (Kizad). A total of 34 out of 41 warehouse units from phase one have already been pre-leased to a range of national and international industry players who are in the process of taking over.
Phase one of the KLP is the first of three phases, and covers an area of 46,453 sqm with warehouse units ranging from 1,133-to-12,463 sqm.
As part of a larger scheme, the KLP, when finalised, will provide an overall area of 118,965 sqm, and is expected to become a major regional logistics and warehousing centre.
