UAE-based Nice Home Real Estate, a subsidiary of Al Bustan Group of Companies, has announced unveiled iMall, a one-stop destination mall in Sharjah for consumer electronics and IT solutions.

Strategically located on Al Ittihad road connecting Sharjah and Dubai and spread over an area of 60,000 sqft,  iMall offers space for over 100 showrooms spread across three levels. Facilities for tenants include a state-of-the-art IT infrastructure and a unique business centre. The mall is expected to open in 2015.

“The concept of iMall is built with the purpose of meeting the increasing demand of the rapidly growing markets in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates for information technology and communication related products in both retail and wholesale formats. Being the region’s first-of-its-kind dedicated mall for technology products, iMall will offer the best investment opportunity for companies and businesses in the field of information technology and communication. The business centre offers specialized services such as shipping, hotel reservations, ticketing, government transactions and technical support,’’ says Mounir Lutfy, director, Nice Home Real Estate.
