Middle East based developer Omniyat Group broke ground on ANWA by Omniyat, an exciting seafront development that will be visible from the sea in Dubai Maritime City. At the ANWA ground-breaking ceremony, Dubai Maritime City revealed its new ambitious plan for the marine destination that will have 53 mixed-use projects, hotels, shopping malls, restaurants and 10 fascinating parks.
In addition to 8,133 sqft of retail area, ANWA by Omniyat will be dressed to perfection featuring sweeping views of the ocean from every floor of its 225 residential units. The development will also include landscaped gardens, gymnasium, infinity pool, kids’ pool and play area and barbeque area.
The ground-breaking ceremony was conducted by H E Khamis Juma Buamim, chairman of Dubai Maritime City and Mahdi Amjad, Omniyat Group’s executive chairman and CEO, along with other senior officials from Dubai Maritime City and Omniyat Group. The group announced the appointment of Kele as the contractor for the project and Al Ghurair Contracting & Engineering Works as the specialist contractor for piling works.
