British retail brand Marks & Spencer (M&S), in collaboration with regional partner Al-Futtaim Group, opened a new outlet at the Ibn Battuta Mall. It’s the first M&S store in the UAE to feature a new premium boutique shopping experience.

Spanning 12,000 sqft, located in the new extension of Ibn Battuta Mall, the store showcases the best of M&S’s quality clothing and accessories across womenswear, menswear, lingerie, kidswear and food.

The new M&S boutique format aims to make the store more inviting and inspiring for customers to shop with flattering lighting, large mirrors and seasonal imagery. At the entrance, the welcome zone will showcase the season’s must-have trends and through its new sleek and contemporary boutique fashion displays, while the new 1,800 sqft Food Hall will offer customers global flavours through an array of food options including meal solutions, treats, snacks, bakery, tea, coffee, drinks and gifts.

“Customers are at the centre of everything we do at M&S and we’re delighted to bring our exciting new boutique shopping experience to customers in Dubai for the first time,” says Stephen Rayfield, managing director of M&S MENA region.

“Combining the best of our latest fashion collections and fresh M&S Food, together with our inspiring store environment and exceptional customer service, our new store at Ibn Battuta Mall is truly special and we look forward to welcoming customers to our eagerly awaited new store,” he adds.

The new store complements M&S’s 26 existing stores across the Middle East and its flagship website of over 6,000 clothing, home and lifestyle products giving customers access to more choice and availability including more sizes, styles and colours. At the new store, customers can also use the ‘Click & Reserve’ in-store service to collect online orders within 60 minutes of making their reservation on the M&S e-commerce site.
