Retail and lifestyle conglomerate Majid Al Futtaim marks a new milestone in its strategic luxury expansion by opening the first standalone Poltrona Frau store in Saudi Arabia. Located at Riyadh’s Centria Mall, this launch underscores both the increasing sophistication of the Saudi consumer and the group’s ambition to dominate the regional luxury interiors market.
This is Poltrona Frau’s third store in the GCC and its first outside the UAE, following successful launches at THAT Concept Store and a flagship presence at Mall of the Emirates. The 320 sqm Riyadh flagship, designed by AMDL CIRCLE under Michele De Lucchi’s direction, blends contemporary residential warmth with artisanal precision, showcasing curated lifestyle vignettes and an immersive material library that invites customers to co-create their interiors.

In Saudi Arabia, it will serve both residential and contract segments, leveraging the Kingdom’s robust hospitality pipeline and luxury-led urban planning under Vision 2030.

In a compelling nod to tradition, a live demonstration by a Poltrona Frau master artisan will bring the brand’s century-old craftsmanship to life, aligning with its L’Atelier dei Saperi initiative to preserve artisanal knowledge through mentorship and education.

The Riyadh launch comes just weeks after Majid Al Futtaim announced an aggressive luxury retail rollout for 2025, with 30 new stores planned across the GCC.
