ENOC expands Zoom network with three new stores in Dubai

Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) has expanded its Zoom convenience store network with the opening of three new outlets across Dubai. The newly opened stores include a Zoom with Pronto franchised store in Cluster A at Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), while the other two which are company operated are a Zoom with Pronto in Makateb Building in Deira and a Zoom Mart, ENOC’s home-grown 24-hour neighbourhood grocery concept, in Umm Hurair Apartments, Oud Metha.

The Zoom stores in different formats offer the full breadth of convenience retailing closer to the community. The opening of the franchised store also underlines the increased interest by entrepreneurs to operate Zoom stores under franchising agreements.

“The expansion of our network highlights the credentials of ENOC Retail as a leading player in the convenience retail business in Dubai. The Zoom stores have redefined the concept of easy retail by not only offering motorists a choice of products at service stations but also taking the concept closer to the communities. Our focus on expanding our network through franchises will further contribute to promoting the growth of small and medium enterprises, a core focus of the Dubai government,” says Burhan Al Hashemi, managing director of ENOC Retail.
