Dubai-based urban high street menswear brand Emperor, founded and designed by the Golkar Brothers, announced the opening of its first flagship store in London in October 2017 at Westfield Shopping Centre in Shepherds Bush. The brand recently unveiled its international expansion plan to the UK.

“We are extremely excited with this new expansion to the international retail market. Taking our brand to an international level has always been at the forefront of our brand mission, and to see this happening in 2017 is a great milestone for us and our brand,” says Emperor co-founder Haman Golkar.

Emperor has been an expanding business since 2010 becoming a true alternative to the established high-end high street market. Emperor is based on the principle that its customer is provided with a luxury product made with detail and care, but at an accessible price point. The new London store will stock three ranges – Emperor, Emperor Sport and Emperor Junior.

“Our brand has steadily been growing over the past six years and it was the right time to look at exporting what we have been doing regionally to an international level,” adds co-founder Farhan Golkar.

Emperor’s vibrant space at the Westfield Shopping Centre promises to offer consumers an integrated shopping experience marked by creativity and luxury. Developed with the consumer in mind, the luxury and clean concept of the soon to open store combines a functional layout with artistic design.

“The Westfield Shopping Centre is at the forefront of retail in London holding the most iconic retailers from across the globe and to be part of this mix is an achievement we are very proud of and have worked very hard to realise,” shares co-founder Babak Golkar.

Westfield London currently houses over 360 luxury, premium and high street retailers from more than 15 different countries. It is also home to The Village, a luxury mall designed specifically to cater for the growing consumer demand for luxury products.
