Bazzarna.com

UAE-based innovative online fashion retail marketplace, Bazzarna.com launches with a virtual fitting room. The website features popular and trendy garments and accessories from renowned brands but at exclusive discounts, a loyalty cashback programme and zero percent payment plans.

Founded by Ehab El Mallah, Bazzarna’s vision is to simplify online fashion shopping in the UAE and make branded fashion more affordable, while offering a unique shopping experience. The website features brands including Desigual, H&M, Lacoste, Ralph Lauren, Fila and Tommy Hilfiger, with many more brands to be added daily. In support of regional brands, Bazzarna also carries the handmade leather bags Capella made in Egypt. Additionally, all the models featured across the site are local talents.

As Bazzarna.com launches with a virtual fitting room El Mallah explained, “Although I have a background in construction, I was always fascinated by the online retail world and wanted to create something special. As I studied it more, I soon realised there is a major gap in the market and many fashion shoppers in the region face challenges when buying online. This is particularly apparent when it comes to measurements, as sizes across brands are not standardised. We want to eliminate the disappointment consumers face, while also reducing the woes of product returns.”

Bazzarna’s goal is to reduce the probability of a shopper receiving clothing in the wrong sizes, and to decrease the hassle of returns. This home-grown fashion e-retailer is using a smart sizing solution to help shoppers get an understanding of how a garment will fit before making the purchase. The cuts and measurement details of hundreds of brands have been added to the tool, so shoppers get an assessment of how the same size means different fits for different brands.

The Bazzarna virtual fitting room works in three simple steps. Shoppers add their body parameters when selecting an item and the smart sizer applies it to the chosen garments selected. Then the system recommends the right size to order and advises how well the garment will fit. The tool remembers the shopper’s measurements and then applies them to all chosen item, while rating the fit from 0 being a very bad fit to 10 being a perfect fit.

“Even though we offer a very simple, ‘no questions asked’ return policy and make it very easy for our shoppers to return, exchange or get refunds, our approach is to help them get it right the first time, so that they have a fun and satisfactory online shopping experience at Bazzana.com,” El Mallah concluded.
