Arabian Centres Company (ACC), one of the largest owners and operators of shopping malls in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Tadawul, the Saudi Stock Exchange, celebrated the listing of ACC on the main market.
The listing ceremony was attended by Eng. Khalid Al Hussan, CEO, Tadawul, and Fawaz Al Hokair, chairman of ACC.
Al Hokair commented on the importance of this listing, as a significant milestone in the history of ACC. He also took the opportunity to thank the ACC team for being part of this achievement, and the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul for their extended support during the listing journey.
Al Hussan, in turn, congratulated ACC on the success of their listing journey. He also highlighted recent market achievements and inclusions in global indices. He also stressed Tadawul’s continuous commitment to develop the market’s infrastructure, products and services, and further create an attractive environment for issuers and investors alike.
ACC is the 11th company to be listed within the Real Estate Management & Development industry group, and one of the 202 listed companies on Tadawul.
