Apparel Group launches Digital Learning Academy for employees

UAE-based retail conglomerate Apparel Group has launched a global portal called the ‘Apparel Digital Learning Academy’ offering online, bilingual courses (in English and Arabic) across the GCC.

The Apparel Digital Learning Academy will focus on specialised courses for sales personnel on selling techniques and customer service skills. These courses will help boost employee skillsets and motivation levels. Employing microlearning with visual aids these learning courses will provide employees with daily tips and tricks on the job. The bilingual courses will help employees access courses in their preferred language. With Apparel Digital Learning Academy employees will be able to convert hard selling to heart selling.

Commenting on the initiative Neeraj Teckchandani, CEO of Apparel Group said, “We’re excited to be at the forefront of providing integrated learning services with Apparel Digital Learning Academy.
