What prompted Little Caesars to enter the UAE market now, and how does this move align with the brand’s regional growth strategy?
Little Caesars is the world’s third-largest pizza chain, and we’re actively expanding across the region. The UAE represents one of the most dynamic and high-potential markets in the Middle East, making it a key part of our regional growth strategy. Our entry here is a natural next step — an opportunity to bring our unique value proposition to a diverse and quality-conscious customer base.
With several established pizza brands already here, how does Little Caesars plan to differentiate itself in such a competitive space?
The UAE is a mature and competitive market, but Little Caesars stands out through its everyday value and uncompromised quality. We make our pizza fresh in-store daily using high-quality ingredients, and our Hot-N-Ready model ensures customers get fresh, delicious pizzas without waiting. Convenience and value are what truly set us apart.
How are you localizing the menu or dining experience to resonate with the UAE’s multicultural audience?
We’ve put a lot of effort into tailoring our menu for the UAE’s diverse audience. From flavor profiles to portion preferences, our offerings are shaped by local insights and feedback. We’re also exploring new items that reflect regional tastes while maintaining the high standards Little Caesars is known for worldwide.

Value-for-money has been a defining aspect of Little Caesars globally. How will that play out in a premium-driven market like the UAE?
Value is at the core of our brand. We make dough fresh daily, use top-quality ingredients, and offer pizzas that deliver both quality and affordability. In a market that appreciates great taste at a fair price, we believe our model will resonate strongly with UAE customers.
Can you walk us through your expansion roadmap — the number of stores, formats, and key locations you’re targeting in the first phase?
We’re planning nationwide development, targeting 50 stores within the next five years. Currently, we have three operational stores, with two more opening soon. Our expansion includes a mix of high-traffic standalone locations, gas station outlets, and retail hubs to maximize accessibility and visibility.
Operationally, what lessons or innovations from other markets are you applying to your UAE business model?
We’ve taken valuable lessons from our global operations — particularly around efficiency, consistency, and speed of service. The Hot-N-Ready model is being optimized locally with advanced kitchen systems, strong staff training programs, and partnerships with local suppliers to ensure consistent quality and operational excellence.
How is technology shaping your operations — from ordering and delivery to customer engagement?
Technology is a key enabler of our business. We’re leveraging digital ordering platforms, real-time kitchen management systems, and delivery integrations to enhance efficiency. Data-driven insights also help us understand customer preferences better, enabling us to personalize experiences and strengthen loyalty.

We see Little Caesars becoming a household name in the UAE. This is just the beginning. Our goal is to replicate our global success here by being recognized as the leading pizza chain that delivers on value, quality, and convenience — growing not just across the UAE, but across the wider Middle East region.
