Danube Home announces franchise opportunities for MEA markets

Dubai-based Danube Home, offering complete home solutions, has announced opening of franchise opportunity for the Middle Eastern and African markets.

Danube Home will provide every franchisor an opportunity to establish and expand the business through full-service franchise development, consulting, marketing, operations and implementation.

“Danube Home is excited to introduce franchise opportunity in the Middle East and Africa. The idea came to life with our growing popularity across markets. However, we would be cautious in our approach as we believe that every franchisee needs to adhere to some basic management skills – hard work with a desire to succeed; good people skills including business, management and customer service skills; and high personal standards – excellence, honesty and integrity,” says Adel Sajan, director, Danube Group.

“Danube Home is a one stop solution for home improvement products. Ours is an unmatchable concept in terms of legacy, operational capability, brand equity and to top it all brand recognition. We are looking for investors who believe in our concept and in turn their potential gives us confidence to set up market specific Danube Home stores,” adds Sayed Habib, DGM buying and business development, ‎Danube Home.

“Franchising provides benefits for both seller and buyer. A good match between franchisor and franchisee, sharing mutual goals over the long-term, is essential to the success of each franchise unit, and thus the brand as a whole – an essential factor that must be considered seriously,” he elaborates.

Danube Home management will provide ongoing training and support in many areas critical to the success of the franchisee’s business, including unit operations and maintenance, customer-service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines and administrative procedures. Prior to approving a site for Danube Home outlet, Danube Home management will provide franchisees with clear guidelines for a suitable location.

The size of a typical Danube Home boutique store is between 2,500-and-3,500 sqft. The size of a typical Danube Home mega store is between 25,000-and-40,000 sqft. The average customer flow is 50-80 customers per store per day.
