Chinese B2B cross-border e-commerce and logistical service provider Global OConnect is all set to open its first Sourcing Fair in the Middle East, to showcase over 100 quality manufacturers from across China, particularly from the Huoshan County.

The company aims to enable buyers and suppliers to trade in a more convenient, effective, easier and cost-effective manner as well as to promote high quality Chinese products across the Middle East region.

The OConnect Sourcing Fair and exhibition area will be inaugurated next on August 8 at the Speedex Centre DIP Showroom, Dubai Investment Park.

Over ten suppliers from Huoshan City, a historical trading hub of high quality tea and bamboo manufacturers in Anhui Province of Eastern China, will be represented at the event showcasing over 90 products ranging from home furnishings, solar panels, lamps to artistic bamboo decorations and biodegradable bamboo tableware and crockery.

“We are honoured to hold our first exhibition in Dubai and open our flagship space in the region, which will enable and serve thousands of suppliers and buyers to purchase a large variety of high quality household and home décor products. Our mission is to create a unique proposition for our partners to conduct trade and commerce in a convenient, cost-effective and efficient manner,” says OConnect group CEO Kevin Fenn.
