La Petite Maison Dubai makes it to the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list

For the fourth time, French-Italian fusion restaurant La Petite Maison, situated at the Dubai International Financial Centre, has figured among top 100 in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants taking the 99th spot, together with its Japanese sister restaurant Zuma at 89 – the only two restaurants in the region to make the World’s Best list.

“We are extremely honoured and humbled to be recognised once again by such an esteemed group of industry leaders and win a spot in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. This is a true testament to the hard work and dedication of the La Petite Maison family to deliver a world-class culinary experience,” says Antoine Jaillet, general manager of La Petite Maison Dubai.

“We continue to raise the bar at La Petite Maison and we are delighted to be included on the list which is voted by industry experts from around the world. The world ranking is a great achievement indeed and we owe it all to our dedicated team,” adds Rory Duncan, head chef at La Petite Maison.

The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, is created from the votes of The Diners Club World’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy, a group of almost 1,000 international leaders in the restaurant community. The academy comprises 27 separate regions around the world, each of which has 36 members – including food writers, chefs, restaurateurs and highly regarded gastronomes – who can cast seven votes each. Of those seven, at least three votes must recognise restaurants outside of the member’s own region. Members list their choices in order of preference, based on their restaurant experiences of the previous 18 months.
