REDTAG launches its ‘Find Your Size’ customer service initiative in the GCC

The fashion industry has just taken another step-up in personalized customer service, with REDTAG’s ‘Find Your Size’ initiative . Here’s a common scenario for fashion retailers, the customer finds the perfect wrap-up dress for a birthday bash, tries it on, but wonders if an adjacent size might be a better fit. However, the size they are after is unavailable at that particular store. So, the staff is disappointed at their inability to provide the right size, while the customer’s hopes of wearing the perfect outfit are dashed. In response to this recurring problem, REDTAG has developed its ‘Find Your Size’ initiative, to reflect the ambition, vision and philosophy behind its #WearASmile customer engagement initiative: “To delight our customers through an exceptional experience and be the most engaged brand”; as one of the brand promises within its #WearASmile campaign.

A first-of-its-kind initiative in the GCC region, ‘Find Your Size’ makes customers’ dreams of finding their preferred size a reality. If the customer chooses an outfit but cannot find the right size, all it takes is a word with REDTAG’s on-floor store associates. Equipped with tablets with real-time access to inventory, the associates will locate the preferred size across all stores within the entire country, and identify the nearest store where it’s available. The customer can either pay for the product in-store and get it delivered to the house or avail store-pickup option, as per convenience.

This innovative service is available across all REDTAG stores in the GCC region, with the delivery time as fast as 48 hours. By offering the ‘Find Your Size’ option, REDTAG is able to optimize inventory management while offering customers a hassle-free shopping experience devoid of size troubles. Customers – knowing that their perfectly sized favourite apparel is always within reach – can now shop with no hesitation.

A happy customer is a loyal customer

For value-driven, customer-centric brands like REDTAG, the goal is to consistently exceed expectations, and the #WearASmile campaign is designed to deliver a superior experience throughout customers’ retail journeys. Besides the ‘Find Your Size’ service, the #WearASmile campaign includes ‘Anytime-Anywhere Exchange’, ‘Personal Stylist’, ‘Instant Gifts’, and ‘Free Home Delivery’, among other pioneering initiatives.

All these initiatives have an overarching theme: Customer-centricity. The #WearASmile campaign is geared towards making customers happy, by addressing their long-standing shopping woes like size unavailability, exchange issues, high delivery costs, etc. Alongside, REDTAG has worked tirelessly to stay at pace with trends, enhance brand accessibility, keep affordability in check, and ensure utmost quality control. The brand owes its success to its loyal customer base; which it has built on the back of superior brand experience.
