Saudi Arabia-based Al-Othaim Leisure and Tourism company recently opened its family entertainment centre brands Fabyland and Xtreme Zone in Muscat, Oman. Located at the new Mall of Muscat, both leisure destinations promise to provide innovative, adventure play along with the latest, state-of-the-art game machines including video games, redemption games and novelty machines.

Spread over 45,000 sqft in Mall of Muscat, Fabyland is hailed as a ‘futuristic’ family entertainment destination designed to offer a wide variety of rides and games that caters to children of all age groups. Fabyland brings the latest innovative amusement rides, attractions and games including a Carousel; Twist and Drop; Bumper Cars; Race Coaster; Speedway along with Mini Tea Cup and Mini Tagada rides. Other hi-tech attractions include the Cyber Jumper and the Wave Rider. The centre also boasts a 5D Theatre along with Happy and Family Swing.
Dubbed as a dynamic youth brand, the massive Xtreme Zone is spread over 30,000 sqft and features a dedicated trampoline spread over 15,000 sqft with multiple activities including Ninja Course area, basketball area and foam pit along with more than 50 interconnected trampoline pads for jumping. Xtreme Zone provides a heightened experience in leisure and entertainment with its Active Climb, an interactive section that engages both children and adults in the challenge of climbing along with elements of fun.
