The Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) Group has opened a new service station at Al Marmoum First, a new highway, on Dubai-Al Ain Road as part of its expansion plans to build 54 service stations by 2020, 16 of which are scheduled to open in 2018.

Visitors to the new station stand to benefit from a variety of convenient retail facilities including a ZOOM convenience store where you can top up your mobile, Salik, purchase gift cards and other services, Pronto, a drive-thru McDonalds, a drive-thru ATM, a cafeteria and a prayer room.

Customers can also benefit from a variety of payment methods such as ENOC’s cashless and credit card-less ViP system, NoL card and mobile payments via Dubai Now and ENOC Pay which will be launching soon. To reduce waiting periods, dispensers are built with retractable hoses to enable refuelling of cars from both sides offering ENOC customers a service that eases their refuelling experience.

The new station comes equipped with a host of smart and sustainable features including the Vapour Recovery System (VRS) to prevent emissions to the environment, full LED lights installed to save energy consumption by 50% and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) technology for the air conditioning system which saves 35% compared to conventional package AC systems.

“For the last 25 years, ENOC Group has been fuelling the nation’s energy needs and the opening of the new service station falls within our long-term strategy to increase our UAE footprint by 40%. We remain committed to implementing new technologies that promote sustainability and improve the health and safety standards for our customers,” says Saif Humaid Al Falasi, group CEO of ENOC.

The entrance and exit to the station are designed as per the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) guidelines for safe manoeuvring of vehicles and to reduce traffic congestion within the station.
