Eros Retail signs up as exclusive online partner for social robot Misa in the UAE

Misa Robotics, a leading robotics company from Delaware, USA today announced that it has partnered with Eros Group to sell its next generation Social Robot MISA to UAE based customers.

With a record pre-booking of 8000 orders since its launch, Misa has seen a great demand for its friendly robot – making it easily available across all major retailers in UAE, GCC and exclusively online at

Equipped with a range of high-tech sensors, AI, IPS display and emotional intelligence, the robot responds to its name ‘Hey Misa’ to handle almost tasks that include teaching children, handling daily schedule/tasks with ease, home automation and surveillance, supporting elderly care and more. The multilingual robot understands 10 languages – French, English, Dutch, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean.

Misa Robotics team is working on adding Arabic and Hebrew languages and same shall be available to all customers by first half of 2021, customers who receive the first batch of Misa shall also get access to new languages through software update.
