City Centre Muscat signs up new retailers

City Centre Muscat, Majid Al Futtaim’s shopping mall in Oman, have announced the opening of several new stores. Among the new brands are fast fashion brand YOYOSO, Italian leather accessories brand Furla, Kuwait-based fashion brand ANOTAH, sportswear brand Nike and Casio watches, among others.

The mall will also welcome Rawazin bookstore and Awasr, bringing something for everyone under one roof. For those with a sweet tooth, Cinnabon will delight with its diverse range of cinnamon and chocolate buns and chilled beverages.

Funtazmo Kids, an edutainment centre in Oman, joins City Centre Muscat’s leisure and entertainment. The centre hosts an exciting array of activities for kids to enjoy and a fun dynamic space for the little ones to explore.

“Our new stores are a direct response to our loyal shoppers’ demands for more international lifestyle brands. We continue to redefine the retail landscape with our diversity, creating great moments for our customers whenever they visit,” says Husam Al Mandhari, senior mall manager – Oman – Shopping Malls at Majid Al Futtaim – Properties. “Our new additions also reinforce our position as a premier destination for shopping, dining and entertainment in the Sultanate. City Centre Muscat continues to be an important location for retailers and customers can look forward to much more as we continue to evolve.”

These brands will join the existing range of 200 international retailers, including Centrepoint, H&M, Max, Sun & Sand Sports and Patchi, adding variety and choice for consumers in the Sultanate. In addition, City Centre Muscat also addresses the day-to-day needs of families with a Carrefour Hypermarket. It offers entertainment options through VOX Cinemas and Magic Planet. Further, global restaurant chain, Nando’s will reopen in the east wing of the mall.
