Carrefour signed up as anchor tenant for Midtown Project
Carrefour, owned and operated by Majid Al Futtaim – Retail in the UAE, has been signed up as the anchor tenant in Deyaar’s Midtown, an urban community located in Dubai Production City.
Carrefour Market is set to occupy 9,000 sqft of retail space in the master development and will offer a complete list of essentials for day-to-day living, ranging from nutrition to household goods and personal care products to electronics.
Midtown will also have a massive central garden and a mixed-use public retail and restaurant space. The retail offerings in the existing phase of Midtown include F&B concepts from street food to casual dining, clinics, pharmacies, kids’ nurseries, salons, laundry, pet care, art workshops and tailoring studios, among other essential services.
