Bringing luxury closer to consumers

February 17, 2016 | By RetailME Bureau

Even after gaining a leadership position in the Middle East luxury retail market, at our core we are still a family-run business placing service excellence over everything else.

We started with just one retail store at Damascus in Syria almost six decades ago. Today, we operate we have presence in 14 countries across the region operating over 500 luxury retail stores, the smallest spanning 300 sqft and the largest spread across 96,000 sqft – in total covering 1.8 million sqft of retail space. And we employ more than 9,500 people.

However, more than the size of the business, it’s the complexity of managing a family-run luxury business through different franchise partners and business models across 14 countries in a region like the Middle East, where each city is different from another.
