Amazon.ae has announced the launch of a new feature that allows customers in Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman to browse and shop products that can be shipped to them from the UAE. The new initiative provides customers access products across 31 categories, including electronics, clothing, watches, and toys.

The bilingual feature in Arabic and English is designed to customise each user’s experience depending on their location. Customers have several payment options, including local and international debit and credit cards.

Delivery is facilitated with cross-border customs clearance managed by Amazon’s couriers on the customers’ behalf, while customer support made available in both Arabic and English.

“We are always innovating on behalf of our customers, and with the launch of the new shopping option, we are making shopping on Amazon.ae accessible to even more of them across the region,” says Ronaldo Mouchawar, vice-president, Amazon Middle East and North Africa (MENA). “Customers have been asking us for a selection tailored to their location, and, we hope, with this new option we have solved this customer need across the Gulf region.”
