Al Ghurair Retail wins Dubai Excellence Award 2014

Dubai-based Al Ghurair Retail has been awarded the ‘Best Service Performance Outlet’ and the ‘Best Service Performance Brand 2014’ by the Department of Economic Developmen t (DED).
  
Deputy ruler of Dubai Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum awarded the trophies to Keith Flanagan, general manager of Al Ghurair Retail and his team.
 
The Face Shop branch at the Century Mall was awarded the Best Service Performance Outlet and Triumph received the Best Service Performance Brand honour for its Abu Dhabi Mall branch.

“We are truly honoured to have won these distinctive awards. At Al Ghurair Retail we are constantly striving to achieve excellence in all our operations and performance, especially when it comes to offering an exceptional experience to our customers. A philosophy that was successfully reflected through the Best Service Performance Brand accolade awarded to the Triumph brand,” says Flanagan. 
  
Aimed at promoting excellence in customer service standards in the private sector, the DED recognises businesses that offer excellent service for their customers. The Dubai Service Excellence Scheme is designed to gain customer confidence and to make the experience of shopping in Dubai a pleasurable one. The scheme binds all participating businesses to a common code of business ethics and core criteria for customer service excellence.
