It’s always Kuwait first

How will it benefit Kuwait? Is it good for our people? Will it enhance Kuwait’s retail scene? We weigh all these factors carefully before undertaking any project.

Bringing something new, out-of-the-box

Our projects aren’t built for profitability alone. They are created to add value to our country and benefit our people, while attracting more and more tourists to experience our offerings. We look closely into every aspect of every project we undertake, from the quality of services we offer to the materials we use. We also think out-of-the-box. We strive to create new projects tailored to the demands of the Kuwaiti society.

We’re seeing many reforms in the build-operate- transfer (BOT) law, company corporation law, infrastructure and roads. All this makes me optimistic, showing we’re headed in the right direction to development…
