Lebanese food chain Kababji will open its first fast service concept, Kababji Express, in the UAE capital next month. It’s the first Kababji Express outside Lebanon.
To be launched in Abu Dhabi via Kababji’s Middle East master franchisee Dubai-based regional F&B platform Eathos, the 60 sqm outlet will open in the food court at the upscale The Galleria on Al Maryah Island. Alongside serving the mall customers, it will also offer free delivery service on the island and in the nearby Tourist Club Area.
Eathos has recently opened two, full-service sit-in Kababji restaurants in Dubai at Dubai Marina Promenade and Al Ghurair Centre with Abu Dhabi earmarked for the Express concept. In addition, there are plans to bring a full-service Kababji restaurant to Abu Dhabi later this year.
“Abu Dhabi with its large Levantine and Arab population is an ideal market for Kababji, which serves fresh food cooked using traditional recipes enhanced by the brand’s own proprietary spices,” says Eathos CEO Faysal Younes. “We hope to be able to announce the second Abu Dhabi Kababji within a few months.”
