UAE-based Hotbrands International’s (HBI) quick service restaurants Shamiana and Santino’s are participating at the on-going Dubai Food Carnival, which is part of the Dubai Food Festival, with a variety of dishes representing the best of Indian street food and Italian cuisine.
“This is the second year of the Dubai Food Festival initiative and HBI is excited to be a part of not only the Festival, which runs from the February 6-28, but also the Carnival, which was a great success in its inaugural year. It is such a vibrant gourmet experience, which is spread across three days and is a perfect event for foodies and families alike,” says HBI spokesperson Cheryle Treanor.
“Our ethnic food dishes will add to the carnival’s growing culinary culture and we invite lovers of Indian cuisine to live the authentic street food experience at our Shamiana stall, while those with a penchant for Italian cuisine can head to our Santino’s stand for some delicious pizza slices and tossed pasta with home-made sauces.”
