Saudi Arabia-based Al Othaim Leisure has opened its family entertainment destination Faby Land at the Deerfields Mall in Abu Dhabi, marking its first international destination outside the home market.
The ‘Retro-Futuristic’ fun destination is designed to cater to all age groups, offering a huge variety of the latest amusement rides, attractions and games. Spread over 60,000 sqft, the indoor entertainment facility is positioned as a fun-filled destination that offers a heightened experience in leisure and entertainment, clubbed with a mix of F&B outlets.
“Faby Land was a huge hit when we opened our first location in Riyadh and continues to attract many visitors of all age groups. Al Othaim Leisure is a source of creative innovation when it comes to fun destinations, and choosing Deerfields Mall as our first location in the UAE, and the first outside KSA, strategically places us at the centre of a thriving community that is a perfect fit for our concept,” says Fahad Al-Othaim, president, Al-Othaim Group.
“The indoor amusement family destination concept for Deerfields Mall was conceived with spectacular and unique amenities designed to enthrall the enthusiastic and fun-loving visitors of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and the neighbouring emirates,” adds Al-Othaim.

Some of the interesting rides at Faby Land include Jump Around, Flume Ride, Happy Swing, Bumper Cars and a Family Swing Ride, aimed at engaging children and their parents, making it a fun-filled entertainment experience for the entire family. In addition, an Arts and crafts corner combined with a Party Room and a Kids Salon, add more to the leisure.
