Dubai-based retail destination BurJuman launches an online concierge service, a brand-new shopping experience for boutique fashion.
BurJuman’s recently launched exclusive fashion walkway, housing some of the most sought-after fashion brands, is now online. Merging the in-mall and digital space, the new platform provides a seamless shopping journey for on-trend, exciting fashion.
The BurJuman concierge service will allow shoppers to explore curated looks online, select items and send an online request to BurJuman Concierge. A retail expert will then connect with the shopper either through WhatsApp or a call to advise on the style, sizes available and look. Once confirmed, home delivery will be arranged with cash on delivery or card on delivery options. Those who prefer to explore online but make the purchase in-store will receive a 10% discount.
As BurJuman launches an online concierge service, the mall has collaborated with stylists, fashion consultants and influencers to curate unique looks for every occasion.
