Brand loyalty
Almarai, Carrefour, Emirates have the most loyal customers in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the UAE, respectively, stated the 2020 YouGov BrandIndex Customer Loyalty Rankings. The rankings are measured using reconsideration scores amongst customers of each brand.
The top 10 brands in the UAE with the most loyal customers include Apple (iPhone) and Samsung (Galaxy), among others. Apple (iPhone) appears among the top 10 in Saudi Arabia too along with Al Baik and others. The list of brands with the most loyal customers in Egypt includes Facebook, Google, City Centre Alexandria, Cairo Festival City and Apple (iPhone), to name a few.
Along with the top 10 brands, the 2020 YouGov BrandIndex Customer Loyalty Rankings also reveal the top 10 most improved “brands that have registered the largest improvement to their loyalty score in the past year.” Majid Al Futtaim, Al Raya and Jumia.com have topped the list of most improved brands in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, respectively.
