Abu Dhabi DED Twitter post
Through Twitter posts, the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) stated that in line with Abu Dhabi government’s directives to support the private sector, F&B, entertainment and tourism facilities in UAE capital will receive 20% refund of the total annual rental value.
The rent refund is applicable on contracts signed between October 1, 2019 and March 31, 2020 as well as contracts renewed between April 1 to September 30, 2020.

The rent refund comes close on the heels of measures announced under the Abu Dhabi economic stimulus package to over the adverse impact of COVID-19.
