Two new Lebanese food concepts, Kahwet Beirut and Super Snack El Kbeer will launch in Dubai this year. UAE-based restaurant operator Food Quest has partnered with 7 Management, a nightlife company known for a variety of award-winning concepts to launch both brands in Dubai.
Food Quest and 7 Management have plans to establish a total of 10 outlets in the coming year, two flagship outlets and four branches per brand in the coming four years.
Super Snack El Kbeer is a home-grown Lebanese street food concept, while Kahwet Beirut represents a unique resurrection of the old Beirut, blending modern urban development with the spirit and feel of the 1950s.
